The Image Group is serious about impacting social change and raising compliance awareness within the promotional products industry.

We’re proud to be one of 11 members of the Distributor Advocacy Council for the Quality Certification Alliance (QCA). QCA is an independent, non-governmental, not-for-profit accrediting organization for promotional products industry suppliers. Its mission is to elevate the standards by which promotional products manufacturers and importers provide safe and socially compliant merchandise.

The Image Group has made a commitment to giving preferred status to suppliers who are QCA certified. To earn QCA certification, suppliers must complete multiple independent third-party audits and comply with stringent national and international manufacturing standards.

To demonstrate a serious commitment to meeting our clients’ expectations for product safety and compliance, we’ve pledged that 90 percent of our purchasing will be done with QCA accredited suppliers within the next three years.
